Monarch’s ‘Structure and Standards’ are well-designed guidelines to assist our residents with successful group living. Tom Zarro chose a career in shipping logistics and moved overseas to learn his trade. He returned to Southern California 4 years later and married his beautiful wife, Kim. Tom and Kim raised three children in San Diego and when the family was grown, they thought a pre-retirement transition to Las Vegas was a move they were ready to make. A few years later, as a member of and former president of the San Diego Chapter of Cocaine Anonymous, Tom was asked for help by a friend whose son was in trouble. Tom reached out to community leaders and found Erlinda Carroll, also known as „EC”, running a sober living residence. South Florida’s sober living facility operators are held to high standards.
